During my visit to Cloudbass on Tuesday, the 13th of November 2018 I had the chance to discuss my planning sheet which was still in draft with Justin. We looked at resources available for this production. I also had a discussion with Simon the head of camera at Cloudbass, who suggested various kits I might want to include on this job like, Dolphin Crane Arm, dolly with tracks. My original plan was to use 3 stationed cameras and 1 Steadicam.

An email was sent to the university security team on Monday 12th November 2018 for access authorisation so the truck can be parked at the designated area. (via the rear entrance, between the south tower and the library)
